Correct startup sequence:
The pressure regulator of the compressor can adjust the pressure of the storage tank to be greater than the pressure of 0.1 Mpa.
The starting operation of the compressor should be carried out according to the instructions of the compressor.
Before turning on the air compressor and freeze dryer, open and outlet the cooling valve to ensure the normal operation of the cooling water.
Open the freeze dryer and confirm if the pressure meets the requirements.
When the crushing pressure reaches 0.8 megapascals, open the main air valve; Open the anti blow valve, and the pressure of the anti blow valve reaches 0-4-0.6 MPa; Then open the cyclone separator and trap and remove the valves one by one.
Close the fan control valve, open the fan, and gradually open the fan inlet valve to adjust the required air volume.
When loading, pay attention to the control position and check whether the limit value of the graded impeller current meets the requirements. If not, it should be reset.
Open the shaft cleaning valve and air sealing valve, adjust the pressure to 0.1 0.3 Mpa, then start the grading wheel and gradually adjust the required speed from zero through the frequency converter.
Precautions during use:
1. During the operation of the unloader, it is strictly prohibited to reach into the outlet of the unloader to prevent hand injury.
2. The speed of the graded impeller cannot exceed the specified value, otherwise it will damage the graded impeller and motor.
3. Safety valves must be calibrated regularly.
Shutdown sequence:
1. Stop the feeding of the spiral feeder.
2. Close the main air valve and stop the compressor.
3. Close the inlet valve of the induced draft fan and stop the fan.
4. Stop the graded impeller motor, seal the cleaning valve and sealing valve.
5. Stop the cyclone separator and trap discharge valve.
6. After the shutdown is completed, seal the power supply of the control box.
