Our service steps are as follows:
During the warranty period, Rongya engineers will visit the customer's factory from time to time to keep our equipment under good monitoring.
Outside the warranty period, Rongya engineers can regularly visit the customer's factory to perform planned maintenance services.
During the warranty period, we are responsible for free replacement of damaged parts that are verified to be caused by our errors.
There is a lifetime warranty on Rongya equipment.
