Pallet Blow Molding Machine

Blow molding pallets are a product formed by a rapidly developing plastic processing method. The blow molding equipment used in the blow molding pallet molding process generally requires a relatively large hollow molding machine, using HDPE plastic extrusion and one-time blow molding. During production, the HDPE plastic is extruded into a tubular plastic parison, placed in a split mold while hot, and compressed air is immediately introduced into the plastic parison after the mold is closed, so that the plastic parison is blown up and tightly attached to the inner wall of the mold. After cooling and shaping, demolding, blow molding pallets of various specifications are obtained. The product quality is the best among plastic pallets.

Pallet blow molding machine has a high safety factor during use, with a dynamic load of more than 2t, a static load of more than 6t, and a shelf overhead load of up to 1.5t. The ambient temperature of the site can work stably under -40°~40°C, and the service life can reach 8~10 years.

• Blow-molded pallets can be used with mechanical forklifts and manual hydraulic forklifts to complete the handling, turnover and stacking of goods. There are four-sided forks that are common to mechanical forklifts and manual hydraulic forklifts. The product can be used in sites and environments where mechanical forklifts cannot be used.
• Blow-molded pallet products are made of high molecular weight and high density polyethylene resin and are blow-molded in one step by extrusion. The molding process is fast and sufficient; the product is fully molded, and the internal quality and performance are stable.
• Blow-molded pallet products have novel and unique shapes, reasonable structural design, grooved surface design, good anti-slip properties, and no corners.
• Blow-molded pallet load capacity: static load: 6~7T; dynamic load: 1~2T; overhead load: 1~1.5T.

Reduce costs: Blow-molded pallets with high strength and high rigidity can greatly improve the rigidity and strength of blow-molded pallets by improving structural design and adopting special blow-molding methods, and can achieve a flat surface of blow-molded pallets, thereby improving the adaptability to the use environment and service life; it can greatly reduce the use cost.

Good environmental performance: Blow-molded pallets are non-toxic and odorless, resistant to acid, alkali and salt corrosion, easy to clean and disinfect, and will not rot. At the same time, waste pallets can be recycled and meet environmental protection requirements.
