1. Material pretreatment
If the material to be crushed or processed has high humidity and viscosity, or contains too much non crushable material, pre-treatment operations such as pre screening and ore washing can be performed on the material to reduce the difficulty of crushing.
2. Adjust device settings
Ensure that the tightness of the V-belt is moderate, as excessive looseness may prevent the material from being effectively crushed, leading to blockage.
Observe whether the operation of the eccentric shaft is normal. If the eccentric shaft clamping sleeve is loose, it may cause the equipment to malfunction.
3. Install alarm devices
Install an alarm device at the feeding port and connect it to a relay. When the conveyor reaches the set current value, the relay will close and the alarm device will start to sound, prompting the operator to stop feeding in a timely manner.
4. Use equipment with anti jamming function
Choose a spiral feeder with anti jamming design, such as equipment with crushing rollers, which can crush clumped materials into small pieces to prevent material blockage.
The top of the feeding cylinder is designed in a funnel shape to prevent material residue inside the device.
5. Operating procedures
Strictly follow the feeding operation procedures to ensure that there is no excessive feeding and avoid blockage caused by excessive feeding.
Strengthen employee training to ensure that they understand and are able to correctly execute safety technical operating procedures, especially when handling card materials, it is strictly prohibited for people to enter the chute and pry.
6. Regular maintenance and inspection
Regularly inspect and maintain the equipment to ensure that all components are functioning properly, such as stopping the machine to clean attachments on the surface of rollers and idlers.
During equipment maintenance, cut off the main power supply and hang a no closing sign. Only after confirming that there are no errors can maintenance be carried out.
